Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Quick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quick. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. River took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.
