History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner, and carries halberds. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Oskar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a crossbow on his belt and is in decent physical shape. He has moderate length auburn hair. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Burto was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Burto's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

She wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her silver hair is well kept. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Ellyjoybell was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sailor. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to end her boredom
