Description: This slender man stands about 5'2". He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has no hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: 2'11" and muscular, this southern man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears long strands of sapphire and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. After months of barely getting by, Fallond managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Description: She likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'9" when asserting herself. Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by lycanthropy.
Motivation: Expand her business; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears silk and lounges about seductively. She keeps her long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. This silver eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Barber but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Prosperine was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
