History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Naill was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Detective. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Hecat lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. After coming to the age of reason, Flame took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Hoshû has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
