History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
