Personality: She is a Detective first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Drenna was born with her father's beautiful face. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Detective for the past few years.

A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in a small plains village. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Kaladan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vola was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

History: Born in the north to a Dyer, Findex learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
