Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Giselle embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Giselle and her spouse have recently divorced.

She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mason and was forced into it by her family; and an old rival family wants her found

History: Born in the south to a Sellsword, Baern learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Sellsword job and began his own company from there.
