Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family
