History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and someone believes her a fraud
