He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Banker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Banker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born in a small island village. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Hunter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Hunter; and to protect her home

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'8" when asserting herself. Her scarlet crest is still thick. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jaxi grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Jaxi never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
