History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nordak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Nordak has worked very hard to control his curse. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Pijjirik was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
