Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Mason arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Mason and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Engraver who has hired her part-time. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, River grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. River fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
