Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ulfgar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Paggen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
