History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Three was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Born to a Architect, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
