Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Description: She is in excellent shape and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her scarlet crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her youth she was a Performer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Ruloth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Loopmottin's homeland. Loopmottin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
