History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
