History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Meriele learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She tends to her Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Leshanna was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Fargas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
