History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hupe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.

History: Born in the north to a Armorer, Emmeline learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
