History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A friendly and beautiful Half-Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
