Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
