History: Born to a Apothecary, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a blue shirt with thin violet vertical stripes and brown pants. She wears her auburn hair down. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tippletoe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tippletoe. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
