History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Beloril enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Donella is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born into a rich family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Interpreter mother left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Assassin born in the past three hundred years. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he would like to get married and retire
