History: Lûgnak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Maynild was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She became a Sage soon after.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
