History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Simon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Simon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: She is a husky woman, who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has moderate length silver hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. The war was a terrible time for her, and Murgen does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in the south to a Barkeep, Murgen learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and further expansion of business
