Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
