To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hillanot. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Trym lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ghûra is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Banker father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things
