History: Tippletoe hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Through the years after Tippletoe was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Tippletoe's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
