History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Shadow alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Born in the east to a Bellfounder, Duergath learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Unemployed, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
