History: Baggi hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Nora was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nora's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nora and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born in the south. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town.
