History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Avice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Avice liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Leaf was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Georgina is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fisher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fisher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
