Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and money/treasure

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Nadarr was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
