Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. The war was a terrible time for her, and Oppah does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Hecat was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hecat grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hecat. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.
