History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Now she works as a writing tutor during her time off.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Millicent was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
