History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Ilga was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ilga's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
