Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shaena was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: Kaladan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.
