History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Seraphina was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is a Miner first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and human compassion

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Namfoodle and his spouse have recently divorced.
