Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Glim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gillyd was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
