Personality: She is fixated on the number 82. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Cumpen and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dilettante and was forced into it by her family; and wants to raise her children well

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Navigator. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. The war was a terrible time for her, and Joan does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.
