History: Nora was born the youngest of three triplets. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she dresses like a well dressed Navigator does. She has wavy white crest. Her gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Kava is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Kava was born the youngest of three triplets. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Kava managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: To be a Shepherd again.

Voice: Sighs a lot, exhausted

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She keeps her long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He carries a battered sword and tarnished morningstar as well. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He takes great joy in being the best Blacksmith in town.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his spear. His dark red hair is braided into rings. His eyes are silver and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pelaios isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
