History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adrex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Ella was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Locksmith. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Brewer. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: The child of a Cook, who enjoyed hunting, Oskar was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
