History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The war was a terrible time for her, and Elizabeth does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
