When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ortegar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Tarak is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the south to a Barrister, Tarak learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He is a Glassblower first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Glassblower soon after.
