History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Umpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Doctor. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Jak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
