Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Gifted from a young age, Randal studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and revenge

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Therlin grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is content

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adrik was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
