History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. During his travels, Gargax and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gargax discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gargax fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: Ivellios hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Ivellios and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has worked as a Sage like her mother before her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: She is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Sculptor born in the past three hundred years. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
