History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thorin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. She tends to her Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
