History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Fivin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
