Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Actor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
