Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Shax was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Shax's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
