History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Burgell alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
